Following their recent inaugural flight to Kuala Lumpur, awesome new carrier AirAsia Philippines just announced two new red hot destinations, Hong Kong and Macau. To welcome these new routes, they are holding a sale on their fares from only 688 PHP for Hong Kong and 588 PHP for Macau, all-in. Booking period is from July 3-8, 2012, while travel period is from July 19 to October 30, 2012. Seats can be booked at AirAsia.com or via the AirAsia app available for BlackBerry, iPhone, and Android smartphones.

The Clark-Hong Kong flight leaves Clark International Airport daily at 7:20 AM, while its return flight leaves Hong Kong International Airport Terminal 2 at 9:45 AM. Meanwhile, their Clark-Macau flight departs Clark International Airport daily at 6:45 PM with its return flight leaving Macau International Airport at 9:30 PM. All flights are operated with an all Filipino crew.

While there are lots of Filipino tourists who visit  both countries for their attractions, Hong Kong and Macau also have a significant number of Overseas Filipino Workers, hence AirAsia Philippines CEO Ms. Maan Hontiveros hopes that their low fare flights would bring OFW families together. Of course, she also wants an influx of tourists from these countries to discover our natural wonders, including our amazing beaches and diving spots.
